What OptimonPro records, why, and how to see or delete it. Plain version: we keep what we need to run the list and learn which picks are useful. We don't sell it.
What we record

Why
To let you sign in, to count how many people use OptimonPro each day, and to see which picks people open, so the list and its explanations get better. Signing in links your activity to your email; the sign-in screen says so before you start.
What we don't do
- Sell or rent personal data.
- Use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
- Store your IP address with your activity.
- Email you product news unless you tick the box. Sign-in links are always sent because you asked for them.
Who else handles it
Google, only if you choose "Continue with Google". Our email delivery service, only to send sign-in links. Our hosting and backup providers store the database.
Your choices
On your account page you can turn product emails on or off, download everything we have about you as a file, and delete your account. Deleting removes your email and profile at once; your past activity is kept only without anything that identifies you.
